Cultural values are of great importance for the recognition of societies. As a matter of fact, no nation is separate from culture. Every society has its own social and cultural accumulations. While the facts about the life of the communities are examined within the framework of the concept of culture, all verbal, written and visual expressions are considered as cultural heritage. In addition to the oral and written tradition in the historical process, the media plays an important role in conveying the culture in our age. Today, the media is one of the most effective tools in the promotion and dissemination of cultural phenomena. Movies, television series, cartoons and many other productions are factors that nourish the culture and at the same time disseminate cultural values. Many nations produce and market media products in order to both promote their regional culture and carry it to universal dimensions.
