Metaverse virtual universe, which is thought to add innovation to the exhibition method in the field of art, is becoming widespread as a new field for art within the possibilities brought by today's technologies and is frequently used as a preferable method. In this context, art has been in constant change since the first ages when it was used as a means of expression, and the areas of use that artists showed as a form of exhibition have constantly changed and its borders expanded. Since the 19th century, when technology began to be included in art, the concepts of digitalization and virtuality in art have started to gain effectiveness and have led to the artificial production and questioning of reality in art. In this direction, the invention of the computer and the method of processing data as images with software, the emergence of the internet, the presentation of virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality and augmented reality technologies as wearable technologies, the emergence of blockcoin systems, the transfer of reality to the virtual environment in many areas, etc. This study constitutes the purpose and importance of this study in terms of its impact and the reconstruction of reality. Although there are many different methods in which art is preferred as a display method today, the possibilities created by technology and virtuality increase the productivity of the artist in the design process by offering endless possibilities. Contrary to the limitation of technique and method in traditional arts, it is observed that easier and faster results can be obtained in digital arts and Metaverse universe. In addition, due to the prevalence of virtual worlds, exhibition opportunities in the field of art also change and differentiate. For this reason, in this study, examples of exhibitions, museums and works of art in the Metaverse universe were discussed, and the contribution of the Metaverse universe to the field of art was tried to be examined and analyzed by focusing on the contribution of the Metaverse universe to the field of art.
