Presenteeism (the problem of not attendıng work) is when an employee spends time at work despite being ill (physically or mentally). Problems originating from presenteeism negatively affect both employee and organizational productivity. The concept of presenteeism, which is an obstacle to achieving sustainable competitive advantage in today's organizations, has made it necessary to work in this field. Since presenteeism has been mentioned frequently in the literature recently, postgraduate theses that enable the updating, interpretation of existing information and the production of new information are discussed in the study. The aim of the study is to examine the postgraduate (master's and doctorate) theses written in the field of presenteeism in universities in Turkey by content analysis method. The study group of the research consists of 51 theses prepared between 2007-2021 on presenteeism. The findings obtained in the study were analyzed based on percentages and frequencies. As a result, it has been determined “that the theses in the field of presenteeism were mostly prepared in 2019 and 2021, at postgraduate level, at state universities, social sciences institutes, by means of a questionnaire as a data collection tool, by female authors in Turkish writing, using quantitative methods and quantitative data analysis techniques”. It is thought that the study will be a guide for future studies on presenteeism.
