The aim of this research is to determine the career satisfaction and job performance of vocational high school teachers in Kilis. Furthermore, the aim of this study is to determine whether the career satisfaction and job performance of teachers differ according to variables affecting their career satisfaction and job performance (gender, age, job title, income level, professional experience, education level, teaching load). Research data were obtained using the survey method. In this study, 189 teachers were administered the "career satisfaction scale" developed by Kızrak and Kibaroğlu (2025) and the "job performance scale" developed by Çalışkan and Köroğlu (2022). Reliability analysis, ANOVA, t-test, and Tukey test were applied to the obtained data. When the teachers' participation levels were analyzed, it was determined that the highest participation was in the task performance dimension, a sub-dimension of job performance, with an average of 4.35, while the lowest participation was in the career satisfaction scale with an average of 3.12. A significant difference in career satisfaction was found among teachers based solely on their income level. However, no significant differences were found between teachers' gender, duties, education levels, ages, professional experience, and teaching loads and their career satisfaction. On the other hand, significant differences were found in teachers' job performance according to their gender, education level, and income level. However, no significant differences were found between teachers' job duties, ages, professional experience, and teaching loads and their job performance.
